In terms of our service portfolio this year we:

• Launched Talk, Text & Travel Service which provides afull mobile service able to offer SMS, cellular voice as well as data. We connect our customers to the best network when they travel – and enable people to keep their current SIMs if they wish (for example, they might still be in contract) and switch to our eSIM service to provide cost-effective data while abroad. The result: no more bill shock – and a faster, more reliable service when you are away from your domestic network.

• Started a trial of our new integrated GPS tracking analytics platform which has been built to provide a comprehensive, secured tracking solution for businesses who need to track their vehicles, products, and people as they move around the world – and no headaches for the IT and comms teams that support them.
